A pool goes wrong slowly and then all at once. Our visits follow the same checklist every time and the water readings come to you in writing afterwards, so a drifting chlorine level is something you see coming rather than discover on a Saturday.

Chemicals At Cost
We do not mark chemicals up and hide the margin in them. Service is a flat monthly figure and what the pool actually consumes is billed at what we pay for it. Where a pump, filter, weir or chlorinator needs replacing we quote it separately with the part named and priced, so you can compare it against anyone else before agreeing.

Skimming and netting, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming, emptying weirs and the pump basket, backwashing where needed, testing and correcting the chemical balance, and a check on the pump, filter and automatic cleaner.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Usually. It gets a recovery quote up front with a realistic number of days to clear, rather than a promise it will be blue tomorrow. Some pools need draining, and we will say so.
Do you service complex pools?
Yes, with a higher visit frequency, written readings for the trustees and cover over the holiday season when use goes up.
