When You Are Not In The Province
A lot of this work is booked by families and agents who are nowhere near the property. Give the crew access and agree the price in writing beforehand, and we will work through the house and send photographs of every room as it is cleared. Nothing is loaded until you have confirmed the figure.

They are separated and handed over, never loaded. Tell us at the start what matters and the crew works around it. If nobody is on site we box it and leave it clearly marked.
Can you clear a hoarded property?
Yes. It needs a proper site visit first because access, volume and safety all change the plan. We quote after seeing it, not over the phone.
How long does a full house take?
A two bedroom flat is usually a day. A family home with a full garage, roof space and garden can be two or three. We give you a realistic number after a site visit rather than a hopeful one.
