Exterior Cleaning
Nothing is actually broken, but the driveway is black, the walls are streaked and the bin store smells. This is the cheapest work on our list and it changes how a property reads from the street more than anything else we do.
Randburg and across Gauteng
- Driveways, paving, walkways, carports and parking areas
- Boundary walls, plaster, face brick and building facades
- Pressure matched to the surface, so older paving is not stripped in the process
- Gutters cleared, flushed and checked for falls before the summer rain
- Wheelie bins washed out, disinfected and deodorised on a schedule
- Common areas and refuse yards on a quarterly cycle for complexes
Good to know
Before The Rain, Not After
Gutter clearing is the one job worth booking on a date rather than when you notice it. A blocked gutter in the first serious Highveld storm puts water into a ceiling, and the repair costs many times the clearing. We book complexes and office parks in through September and October for exactly this reason.
- Pressure washing
- Driveway cleaning
- Paving cleaning
- Gutter clearing
- Wheelie bin washing
These are all the same service under different names, so you are in the right place whichever one you searched for.
Questions
Exterior Cleaning questions
If yours is not here, phone and ask. We would rather talk you out of a job than take one we cannot do properly.
Ask us somethingWill pressure washing damage my paving?
Not if the pressure is matched to the surface. Old, soft or sand jointed paving needs a lower setting and re-sanding afterwards, and we will tell you when that applies rather than blasting it.
How is it priced?
By the square metre with a minimum call out, so you can measure roughly and work out the cost yourself. We confirm it on site before the machine is switched on.
Do you do bin washing for complexes?
Yes, on a schedule, usually alongside the refuse yard clean. It is the complaint trustees hear most in summer.
